Serial Number Accuracy

The PIN / unlock code is generated directly from the serial number you submit. If you enter an incorrect serial number, the resulting code will not unlock your radio. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure the serial number is entered correctly.

By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are the legal owner of the vehicle or have authorisation from the owner to unlock the car radio.
  • You have verified the serial number before submitting your order.
  • Find Radio Solution is not responsible for codes that do not work due to incorrectly entered serial numbers.

3. No Guarantee of Compatibility

While we support a wide range of car radio brands and models, we do not guarantee compatibility with every radio unit. If your radio model is not supported, we will inform you and issue a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
